JIPMER MBBS Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be at least 17 years of age. There is no maximum age limit.
  • Candidate must be an Indian citizen. However, Overseas citizens of India (OCI) are also eligible to appear in JIPMER MBBS.
  • A candidate appearing in JIMER MBBS must have appeared or passed 10+2 or equivalent examination
  • A candidate must have appeared or passed 10+2 examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests) with English as an elective subject.
  • Further, a candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in PCB, whereas it is 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. In respect to Physically Handicapped candidates belonging to General category, the minimum marks to obtain in PCB is 45%
